Whenever I feel stressed or sad, I always do scrapbooking when I was young and whenever I see or cut out those pictures for my scrap page, I remember all those wonderful memories in the pictures and I feel better.
Now that digital scrapbooking is easier without scissors and glues, just a click of the mouse and a program and voila!
